fantastic stay with amazing amenities
delicious foodsandy beachfun activities
i am glad i chose this place for my holiday. the food in the buffet restaurant was amazing with fresh options. i was impressed by the sandy beach as it is easy to access and snorkeling is great. the animation team kept us entertained with fun activities.
the pool was sometimes a bit crowded, making it difficult to swim freely.

The hotel has a great location, being close to the beach and airport. This made traveling and enjoying the sea very convenient. Guests spend less time in transit and more time relaxing.

this resort provides a large, three part pool suitable for different preferences. the spa offers various treatments, promoting relaxation. there is also a gym equipped with treadmills and weights.

We had fresh linen and towels daily. i especially appreciated the surprise towel sculptures from the cleaners each evening. i accessed the water park daily for $10 per person. The slides provided good fun.
The menu was similar each day. The meals became more of a chore than a pleasure. i always managed to find something to eat, though.

I had the chance to eat at a la carte restaurants twice . i chose italian and french restaurants. Both were very good. the waiters were helpful and attentive.

i liked free access to the aquapark at the next door hotel. it was fun i could use all-inclusive services at all of the hotels, not just one. i really appreciated that.
one very small thing, the entertainment ended a bit early for me. i just wished it lasted longer.

the receptionists such as kerolos did a good job. the housekeeping team kept the room clean. farid the barman made very good drinks.
i noticed the wifi KEPT dropping, so it was difficult to stay connected.

kerolos at reception did greet me with a smile and genuine kindness i tell you. he was always ready to help with anything i needed so promptly. i felt really welcome because his attitude was really so friendly too.
the food wasn't great honestly it was so bland. meals felt more like a chore. i found the repair work next to the dining area went on for the 7 days we were there, it was noisy
